Joe Bates

Joe Bates might be insane. His Authors* have been a man transitioning into tree, a plane reading crime noir, a telepathic quadriplegic, and other oddities. His concepts are unique and delivered with intensity. Joe travels the country performing standup and is a staff writer for the nationally syndicated radio show The Bob and Tom show. In January 2020, Joe released his debut comedy album, “Joe Bates Joe Bates Joe Bates by Joe Bates.” He has since moved to New York City, where he continues to perform standup comedy.
